What does it mean to be a non-degree seeking student?
UF’s online forensic medicine program offers the opportunity to enroll in up to two courses (up to 6 credits) as a non-degree seeking student. This gives professionals the chance to sharpen skills and focus on areas of interest specific to their line of work, without the demand of a full degree curriculum. All courses (with the exception of the thesis course) are open and available for non-degree enrollment. Credits earned are fully transferable towards the master’s degree in forensic medicine for students who wish to further their education.
Students can request a certificate of completion from the Maples Center. Non-degree courses can also count toward Continuing Education hour requirements.

How much is tuition?
Tuition is $575 per credit hour. A three-credit course would cost $1,725.
